I started volunteering at Charlotte Seen last week. They are a red carpet company who also produces Charlotte Fashion Week that will run Sept. 18-22. I’m really excited to assist with marketing and public relations. I’m also hoping this will present several networking opportunities. In any case, this is a good thing — I’m out of the apartment. I’ve been losing my mind sitting inside all day looking for jobs.  We’ll see as more unfolds, since tomorrow is only my second day.

I’m working towards giving with blog slightly more structure. So, I made a schedule of events; a timeline.

Blog Timeline: Yes, kind of like Facebook’s.

Tuesdays:  expect a more personal update post of things I do and see.

Thursdays: a more newsworthy article of local or special interest
